POMCO Group Named One of Top 20 "Best Companies to Work for in New York"

POMCO Group has been named one of the top 20 "Best Companies to Work for in New York" (250+ employee category) by The New York State Society for Human Resource Management and Best Companies Group, an independent company managing Best Places to Work programs.

POMCO was selected for this honor from companies across the state, based on a two-prong process:

- An evaluation by the Best Companies Group of POMCO's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and
demographics; and
- Results of a POMCO employee survey to measure the "employee experience"

Best Companies Group subsequently evaluated the data collected from participating companies and used their expertise to determine the final rankings. POMCO will find out its exact ranking among the top 20 "Best Companies to Work for in New York" at an awards ceremony April 23 in Albany, New York. This past October, POMCO also received an Employer of Distinction Award for its "human resource excellence and family-friendly policies." That award was presented by the Central New York Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.
